Invited Talks
Dr. Sukhendu Das has been consistently invited by universities and academic institutions across India to speak on posthumanism, literary theory, urban and digital culture, and settler-colonial critique. His fourteen invited lectures—delivered between 2016 and 2024—reflect a sustained engagement with contemporary theoretical debates, ranging from the Anthropocene, posthuman condition, and surveillance cultures to poetics, modernism, and deconstruction.
With a major concentration of talks in West Bengal and a growing national presence in Tamil Nadu and Assam, Dr. Das’s contributions span plenary lectures, workshop sessions, postgraduate engagements, and international seminars. His invitations notably cluster around three core areas of expertise: Posthumanism, Literary Theory, and Settler-colonial Studies, underscoring his evolving scholarly footprint and interdisciplinary reach.
